YS426（以下「当方」）は、CashPilot（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザー情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
取得・処理する情報
- 取引、請求書、プロフィール、メモ、カテゴリ、金額、日付などの会計関連データ
- レシート、請求書、通帳画像、PDF、画像、CSVなどのファイル情報
- AI読み取り機能に必要な書類内容、OCR結果、解析結果
- アプリ内課金の購入状態、プラン状態、AI読み取り使用状況
- iCloudバックアップ利用時のバックアップデータ
利用目的
- 取引・請求書・添付ファイルの管理機能を提供するため
- AI読み取り、会計チェック、CSV/ZIP出力などの機能を提供するため
- iCloudバックアップと復元機能を提供するため
- 課金状態の確認、Pro機能の提供、購入復元のため
- お問い合わせ対応、不具合調査、サービス改善のため
AI読み取りと外部処理
AI読み取り機能では、書類内容やOCR結果など、解析に必要な情報がAI処理のため外部サービスに送信される場合があります。送信される内容には、レシート、請求書、取引先名、金額、日付、PDFやCSVの内容などが含まれる可能性があります。
保存場所
本アプリのデータは主に端末内に保存されます。iCloudバックアップを有効にした場合、ユーザーのiCloudアカウントに関連付けられた領域にバックアップデータが保存されます。
カメラ・写真・ファイルへのアクセス
本アプリは、レシート、請求書、通帳画像、PDF、CSVなどを取り込むため、カメラ、写真、ファイルへのアクセス許可を求める場合があります。
課金情報
アプリ内課金はAppleのApp Store決済を通じて処理されます。当方はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。
第三者提供
法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの会計データを本人の同意なく第三者に販売することはありません。
免責
本アプリは会計整理を補助するものであり、税務判断や申告内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。必要に応じて税理士等の専門家へご確認ください。

YS426 (“we,” “us,” or “our”) explains how information is handled in CashPilot (“the App”).
Information processed
- Accounting-related data such as transactions, invoices, profiles, notes, categories, amounts, and dates
- Imported receipts, invoices, bankbook images, PDFs, images, and CSV files
- Document contents, OCR results, and analysis results required for AI-assisted reading
- Purchase status, subscription plan status, and AI reading usage status
- Backup data when iCloud backup is enabled
Purposes of use
- To provide transaction, invoice, and attachment management features
- To provide AI-assisted reading, accounting checks, CSV/ZIP export, and related features
- To provide iCloud backup and restore features
- To verify purchase status, provide Pro features, and restore purchases
- To respond to inquiries, investigate issues, and improve the service
AI-assisted reading and external processing
When using AI-assisted reading, information necessary for analysis, such as document contents and OCR results, may be sent to external services for AI processing. This may include receipts, invoices, business names, amounts, dates, PDF contents, and CSV contents.
Storage
App data is mainly stored on the user’s device. If iCloud backup is enabled, backup data is stored in an area associated with the user’s iCloud account.
Camera, photos, and files
The App may request access to the camera, photos, and files to import receipts, invoices, bankbook images, PDFs, CSV files, and similar documents.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store payments. We do not collect credit card numbers or similar payment credentials.
Sharing with third parties
Except where required by law, we do not sell users’ accounting data to third parties without consent.
