CashPilot 利用規約

この利用規約は、YS426が提供するCashPilotの利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
1. 本アプリの目的
本アプリは、個人事業主、小規模事業者、その他のユーザーが、売上・経費・請求書・レシート・添付ファイルなどを整理するための補助ツールです。
2. 税務・会計判断について
本アプリが表示する分類、税区分、金額、AI読み取り結果、会計チェック結果などは補助情報です。税務判断、会計処理、申告内容の最終確認は、ユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。必要に応じて税理士等の専門家にご確認ください。
3. AI読み取り
AI読み取り結果は誤る場合があります。保存前に必ず内容を確認し、必要に応じて修正してください。AI読み取りの利用には、プランや追加クレジットに応じた回数制限があります。
4. データ管理
ユーザーは、入力・保存したデータの内容、バックアップ、復元、出力内容について責任を負います。iCloudバックアップを利用する場合でも、重要なデータは必要に応じてCSVやZIPなどで別途保管してください。
5. 課金
Proプランおよび追加AI読み取りは、AppleのApp Store決済を通じて提供されます。サブスクリプションの管理、解約、返金等はAppleの規約と手続きに従います。
6. 禁止事項
- 法令に違反する目的で本アプリを利用する行為
- 虚偽、不正、違法な会計処理を目的として利用する行為
- 本アプリや外部サービスに過度な負荷をかける行為
- リバースエンジニアリング、不正アクセス、改ざん等の行為
7. 免責
当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた税務上、会計上、事業上、その他の損害について、法令上認められる範囲で責任を負いません。本アプリは、会計整理を支援するものであり、専門家による助言の代替ではありません。
8. 規約の変更
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはWebサイト上で告知します。

These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using CashPilot provided by YS426. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Purpose of the App
The App is a support tool for sole proprietors, small businesses, and other users to organize sales, expenses, invoices, receipts, attachments, and related records.
2. Tax and accounting decisions
Categories, tax classifications, amounts, AI-assisted reading results, accounting check results, and other information shown by the App are support information. Users are responsible for final tax decisions, accounting treatment, and filing contents. Please consult a tax accountant or qualified professional when necessary.
3. AI-assisted reading
AI-assisted reading results may be inaccurate. Please review and edit results before saving. Usage may be limited according to the user’s plan or additional credits.
4. Data management
Users are responsible for the contents of data they enter and save, as well as backups, restorations, and exported files. Important data should be separately stored through CSV, ZIP, or other appropriate methods when needed.
5. Purchases
Pro plans and additional AI reading credits are provided through Apple App Store payments. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are handled according to Apple’s terms and procedures.
6. Prohibited actions
- Using the App for purposes that violate laws or regulations
- Using the App for false, fraudulent, or illegal accounting treatment
- Placing excessive load on the App or external services
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, tampering, or similar acts
7. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for tax, accounting, business, or other damages arising from use of the App. The App supports accounting organization and is not a substitute for professional advice.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Important changes may be announced in the App or on our website.
